This is the Privacy Policy (“Policy”) of Idaho Anti-Trafficking Coalition, Inc.  This Policy describes how Idaho Anti-Trafficking Coalition, Inc., an Idaho non-profit corporation headquartered at 4483 N Dresden Place Suit 101, Garden City, Idaho 83714, and its current or future subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (collectively, “IDATC,” “us”, “our”, “we”, and terms of similar meaning) may collect, use, and disclose information through our website(s) and services or when you otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).

As Services change and improve, this Policy may be updated from time to time.  If and when that occurs, we will notify you through/on the Services, via email, and/or by some other means.

We receive and store any information you provide to us, such as when you donate, make a purchase, or apply to become a volunteer or a sponsor.

· Personal information such as age, birthdate, purpose in volunteering or donating, qualifications, etc.

Information Collected Automatically

Whenever you interact with our website, we automatically receive information from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, “cookie” information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our Services, and the page or feature you requested. “Cookies” are identifiers that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in our Services are visited and by how many people. We store this data only for so long as is necessary to carry out the purpose described to you at the time the information was collected or until removed at your written request.

For example, we use third parties to process donations and online purchases, and we may use third party hosting providers or software developers to help implement and maintain the Services.

Unsubscribing from or Opting out of Communications from Us

You can email info.atcidaho@gmail.comto stop receiving communications from us, or to update or delete the personal information that IDATC has collected about you. You can also opt out of receiving email updates from IDATC by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in those updates. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account.

Rejecting and Deleting Cookies

You may be able to change the preferences on your browser or device to prevent or limit your device’s acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some of our features.

IDATC is based in the United States and we process and store information in the United States and may process and store information in other countries in the future. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may provide a lesser standard of protection than your home country.
