Hotline services provide emergency telephone crisis intervention, advocacy, resources, and direct referral.
Crisis intervention services include information, advocacy, validation of feelings, safety planning and empowerment to reinforce the individuals autonomy and self-determination. Crisis intervention services are based on trauma-informed, accessible and culturally and linguistically appropriate approaches.
Case Management provides access to needed services and resources in the community through a comprehensive needs assessment, service planning, referrals, and monitoring.
Transportation services provided to or from a service agency or appointment through safe and accessible options.
Victim advocacy offers emotional support, victim's rights' information, and help in finding needed resources and assistance.
We have modified the way we will deliver some of the services we provide to reduce in-person contact, but will continue to provide the services to those who need us.
